The Upstairs Apartment

This apartment is conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of Milton, Washington. Cute, clean and cozy. You will be comfortable here! Private entrance and parking. Approximately 30 minutes from Seattle International Airport. 40 minutes from downtown Seattle with no traffic. Coffee shops, quick bites and grocery stores are less than 5 minutes up the road. Note, there is a flight of stairs to get to the second story apartment. Comfortable and clean. One bedroom with a queen bed. The apartment has everything you should need for a short stay. Nice views too. Guests will have the entire apartment to use and a private entrance. If you see us at the fire pit or large deck you are welcome to join us. If you need any assistance or have questions, we are your neighbors. You are welcome to call or text if you need anything. ;-) If we are available and you like to chat, awesome. If you prefer to be left alone, we will get the hint. This cozy place is located in a typical suburban neighborhood. Up I-5 is the Tacoma Dome. Down the hill is the Western Washington Fair Grounds/Puyallup Fair. The cute town of Sumner is not far. Federal Way has tons of shopping and is only 10 minutes away. You'll find movie theaters there too and Costco. We have a nice local paved trail for long walks. Head to the Tacoma water front for great restaurants. Seattle is about 30 minutes away, depending on traffic of course. You can always ask us and we can point you in the right direction. There is a parking spot available for our guests. Not so great for taxis or buses. They are available but limited. You should probably have a car. Seattle/Tacoma International airport is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Using Uber or Lyft is an option. >>Just a note, there is one flight of stairs up to the apartment. >>We also request that guests please only use liquid soap/body wash (we provide this for you if you do not have your own). Bar soap leaves a terrible residue that is difficult to clean. If the cleaner needs additional time to clean residue from the showers you will be responsible to cover the cost. Thank you.
