Villa Gloria is a luxury villa with swimming pool and garden, surrounded by olive trees, in Salento. It`s in Leverano, 15 minutes` drive away from Porto Cesareo and 18 kilometers away from Lecce. Its rooms are airy and comfortable: the villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms. Pets are not allowed. Outside, the true protagonist is the big swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, with solarium and beach beds where you can get a tan. You can relax under the shadow of a porch that hugs the whole house: table for 10 guests, chairs and barbecue invite you to entertaining dinners with friends, enjoying the healthy air of the countryside of Salento. Moreover there is an outdoor shower, useful after a day in the swimming pool or at the beach. The villa opens into an airy open space with seating area and tv with satellite decoder, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table that is well shielded by the rest of the living room and with glass walls that let it the peace and the green garden. The bedrooms in the sleeping area are 4: three double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with French bed. There are 4 bathrooms with shower. The villa is equipped with accessories such as internet, dishwasher, baby cot,washing machine, air conditioning in every room, safe and alarm system, electric gate and 8 parking spots. The surroundings of Villa Gloria Leverano is a lovely town in the area of Lecce, near the crib of the Baroque in Salento and the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo on the Ionian sea. The wine, here, is amazing: coming home without a bottle of Negramaro or Primitivo, the local wine varieties, is unthinkable. The old town centre is 1 kilometer away.     - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Mandatory towels fee: euro 40 per week to pay upon arrival. - Pool available from  June to September, off season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 200. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
