Secluded Villa with Private Pool & Extensive Views

Villa Joba is a small single story villa nestled in a wooded hillside of the Tuscan mountains. The villa boasts a private external swimming pool in the large gardens with plenty of space to lounge and soak up the summer sun. There is also a large patio with barbeque, table and chairs for dining al-fresco and taking in the stunning views down the valley towards the Carrera mountains. The villa is very secluded with the nearest neighbours being down near the main road, around 300m from the villa. It is the perfect location to relax and unwind and enjoy the nature and stunning vistas of Tuscany. Internally the villa comprises of a kitchen living room with open fire, dining table, sofa and bookshelf with plenty reading material. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans and crockery you need for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms in the property. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a vanity unit and wood burning stove - perfect for cooler spring or autumn evenings. The second bedroom has twin beds and a fold out z bed. A cot can also be made available for younger guests. The bathroom is a wet room with shower, basin and w.c. The Villa is accessed by a private road from the main road up to the garden. This road is steep and narrow, so we provide the use of a 4x4 vehicle during your stay. There is parking at the foot of the road for you to leave your car and use the 4x4 to travel the final 200m to the villa.
