Among the Barolo vines - Large farhouse with pool

Right in the heart of the Barolo zone, just minutes from Barolo, La Morra, Monforte d'Alba and Novello, Villa Ribota is a recently-renovated farmhouse set amongst the vines with its own swimming pool. Sleeping 10 to 12 people in 5 big double bedrooms, the house also offers 4 modern bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen (refitted in early 2022), living/dining room, outside dining area, garden and pool area. It is the perfect house for families or groups of friends to enjoy everything the Langhe has to offer. Alba (home of the White Truffle Fair) and Bra (the home of Slow Food) are each just 15 minutes away. We are COVID-ready! Not only are we out in the countryside, where you can breathe fresh air and escape the crowds, but we are also allowing a 24 hour gap between new bookings and are implementing a raft of new cleaning procedures to comply with local regulations and ensure that you have a healthy stay! We have also created a digital guidebook/house manual which guests will have access to as soon as they book. If you have any questions, please just ask. The house is set among the vines outside the hilltop town of Novello, with views across the vines all the way to the Alps. It is immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet it is just a few minutes' drive from the Barolo area's famous towns, vineyards, wine bars and restaurants. It can also be set up with two single beds (90cm wide) instead of a double. Bedroom Two Upstairs, in the former hayloft area, this is a huge room, with high ceilings and picture windows, with views of the pool, vines and mountains. It has a double bed (180cm, US King size) or can be arranged with two single beds (each 90cm wide). A further single bed or crib can be added if needed. Bedroom Three Also in the old hayloft, offers views to the east, straight through the vines. Has a double bed (180cm wide, US King) or can be set up with two single beds (each 90cm wide). I Bedrooms Two and Three share a very big, modern bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and bath tub. Bedroom Four Large room with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. It has a double bed (180cm, US King) or can be set up as two singles (each 90cm wide) and a further single bed or crib can be added if needed. Bedroom Five Balcony access and private (not ensuite) bathroom. It has a double bed (180cm wide, US King) or can be arranged with two single beds (each 90cm wide), with space to add a further single bed or crib. Kitchen Fully-equipped, just bring some food and you're good to go! The area is paradise for wine and food lovers, with hundreds of great wineries and restaurants. We are happy to help you plan where to visit! You can also arrange a cooking lesson, or private chef at the Villa. We also often welcome groups of cyclists and walkers. The road cycling around the house is spectacular and we can help you plan routes. For walkers, you can head straight from the garden into the vines, where two footpaths take you to Novello and then on to La Morra, Barolo and Monforte d'Alba. There are cycle, e-bike and Vespa hire companies who will deliver to the house. The house sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms, though there are two further single beds and two cribs that can be added to any of the rooms, bringing the total number to 12, including children. If you are more than 10 (excluding children under the age of 6), there is a supplement of 10 Euros per night for the 11th and 12th guests.
