Kingfisher Nook is a cosy self contained annex with far reaching views over the beautiful Waveney valley on the Norfolk / Suffolk border. The picturesque river runs at the bottom of the garden providing direct access for kayaking (BYO) or fishing on the upper reaches of the Waveney. The property is offered on a fully self catered basis and has private entrance with its own fully equipped kitchen, living room, and showeroom and has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard. Located in the picturesque village of Hoxne, within walking distance of the local village pub, and shop, we are well located to the explore the many attractions in the region including dramatic coastline, sleepy seaside villages, Framingham castle, thetford forest, and Lavenham. We have beautiful country walks, and bike rides from the door step, and some excellent local restaurants and cafes. We aim to provide a relaxing home from home experience surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature.
