Summary: Recently refurbished, our idyllically situated barn conversion is set amidst open fields and farmland, on the fringes of a sought after South Staffordshire village. Beautifully laid out gardens and an adjoining 1.85 acre lake where you can spot a variety of different wildlife (If you have children in your group, please be aware that the lake is not fenced off) . With plenty of walking routes with stunning scenery around including the well know 'Staffordshire Way'. Also very nearby there is the South Staffordshire Railway Walk, Sherbrook Valley, Cannock Chase Forest, Pendeford Public Nature Walk and The Shropshire Union Canal. Or you can even have a narrow boat trip! For the children, we are close to the Snowdome in Tamworth where they can experience skiing, snowboarding, swimming, ice skating and they even have a Santa Winter Wonderland in December! Drayton Manor for the thrill seeking children and adults, Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre and Lower Drayton Farm where there is many activities for kids and also a drive in cinema! For the golf enthusiasts, there is The Chase Golf & Country Club, Ledene Golf Centre and Perton Park Golf Club. We are also very close to Chillington Hall & Estate. We can also offer various different extras for your stay including Hot Tub along with Private Dining in a garden Dome! Please enquire for more information. There are plenty of lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants around, all within a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk. If you are choosing to eat in, there is a local supermarket just a 5 minute drive away or larger ones around 15 minute drive. Alternately have your groceries delivered by one of the large supermarkets! (Early check in and late check outs are available subject to availability and will incur a small fee), The Space: Our home has an enormous amount of character including a dining room, kitchen, magnificent vaulted and timbered drawing room, garden room, hall and a guest suite comprising of a bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. To the first floor there is a principal bedroom, again with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, third bedroom with a double bed and a cloakroom. Guest Access: Our guests will have full access to the Barn and its gardens. Other Things to Note: Please observe our house rules: You are NOT permitted to swim or paddle in the lake No parties or events No smoking anywhere in the property No unregistered guests to enter the property at any time No confetti/glitter bombs Guests will have to fill and sign a disclaimer for the lake - this will be sent to you on confirmation of your reservation Please be advised that the driveway to the Barn is not suitable for low or sports cars Interaction with Guests: We will ensure you have your space throughout your stay.
