Villa with garden built in the Art Nouveau era, which develops on two levels of floor. It is located 400 m from the railway station, 400 m from the historical center and 850 m from the sea. The JUNIOR SUITE THONET is on the first floor, measuring 25 square meters and is divided into: entrance hall, bedroom, bathroom. BEDROOM. It has a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate up to three people. The floor is in original hexagonal cement; the furniture (bed, dresser, wardrobe, table, armchair, chandeliers) is the vintage of the 50's perfectly restored. The equipment, facilities and services of the bedroom are: 2 large windows with glass-room, with shutters and darkening blinds; heating system with radiators; conditioned air; tv 32 ''; mini-bar; safe; wi-fi. BATHROOM. It has a large window; sanitary facilities (wc, bidet and sink) "suspended" to ensure maximum cleanliness and hygiene; corner shower cabin with 4 glass walls, two of which have furniture; towel; set of towels; courtesy products such as sponge slippers, shampoo and bath foam monodose, hair headband etc. BREAKFAST. The rich breakfast is served in a spacious lounge on the ground floor furnished with walnut furniture, featuring a famous local chef. It is served on time, set by the Guest, between 8am and 10am. Italian breakfast includes: milk, coffee, tea, juices, smoothies and fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cooked cream, butter, jam, toast, croissants and hot rolls, homemade cakes. Alternatively or in addition they propose salami, dairy products, frits and hot crostini. INCLUDED IN THE RATE. Daily housekeeping and bathroom cleaning; change of linen every three days; bicycles; copier, printer and scanner; shuttle service to / from the railway station. SERVICES ON REQUEST. Shuttle service to / from Pesaro railway station and from / to Rimini or Ancona airports. NOTES. The maximum number of hosts is 3, regardless of their age. The single bed can be replaced by a cradle with shore. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. Animals are not allowed. Smoking inside the building is not permitted. Check-in after 15.00 (please call one hour before arrival). Check-out by 10:30.
