3-star house with large living spaces

Comfortable and spacious house located in the countryside of the small seaside resort of Saint Lunaire. It takes advantage of a pleasant location to access the beaches and hiking trails in a few minutes by car (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Briac sur Mer, Saint Malo). The house consists on the ground floor of a very large living room with direct access to the garden, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The house is in very good condition, it was renovated in 2017, the furniture is comfortable and the decoration is neat. Upstairs are two very large bedrooms, both with a sink and one with a bathtub. The two bedrooms (about 30m2 on the floor each) are equipped with double beds, extra mattresses are also available. Internet is offered free of charge by wifi. You can park your vehicle in the garden path which is fully fenced. Pets can be admitted on prior request, but the house is non-smoking. Baby equipment possible on prior request (high chair, bath, travel cot).
