La Maison de Beauport

Amazing house on the edge of a freshwater lake, right opposite the sea, in the harbour town of Paimpol. The house was restored in 2005 and has a lovely balance of style and home comfort with an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture. On the ground floor, there is a fully-fitted modern kitchen (with all conveniences such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and range oven), a dining room with an open fire and a table which seats 14, a sitting room with TV and DVD library and a bathroom and separate WC. On the 1st floor, there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with balconies overlooking the lake, and a bathroom/WC. On the 2nd floor, there is a huge loft room with a sea view,sleeping 6 with a TV/DVD and a WC with wash-basin. Outside, there is a lakeside terrace with picnic tables and a barbecue, a lawned lakeside garden with a large sun deck and loungers, as well as woodland The entire lake is securely fenced.
