Comfy one bedroom apartment near City Square

This newly remodeled apartment is comfortable and cozy and just a short distance from the city square. We look forward to your visit and hope our lifelong knowledge of the community will enhance your visit. This unit is a completely separate apartment, ready for your stay. Shopping services are also available. There is also a studio apartment available at this location, if more space is needed for additional family or friends. While in the business district and right near uptown, the units are private, secure and quiet. On-site parking at the door. Guests have complete and private access to the units, there is a shared lobby area with a free laundry facility, including 2 washers and dryers. There is only one other unit on this property, so there will not be a lot of others around. We don't live on the premises, but we are near enough to provide assistance when needed. This unit is near the city square, where there are many shopping, art, dining and recreational attractions. The first Friday evening of every month, there is a community event, "Art in the Park" with art exhibits and galleries. Fairfield is known for the international cuisine. There is a 16 mile walking and bike trail that loops the city and provides nice views of our beautiful Iowa landscape. We regularly deeply clean and sanitize all surfaces to help limit the risks associated with any airborne viruses, utilizing best practices as outlined by the CDC.
