Dining area, includes oak extendable table with chairs and connects into a well equipped kitchen with all white goods and modern kitchen equipment. Breakfast nook with four stools rounds off a functional yet comfortable setup for you to enjoy your stay. Access to a good sized garden at the rear, available to relax and have a BBQ, drink and eat with friends. High-speed WiFi for work and pleasure at no extra cost to you! Available by phone, text & email at all times when required Orchard Park is a lovely, quiet, high end suburb few minutes by guided bus into the city centre, 15 min by bicycle or 30 min walk. There are various open and recreation areas to play with kids, exceptionally friendly community. Of note is the river Cam, lovely 15 min walk from the house and you can spend the day watching rowing competitions lying by the river side. And you have the historical famous Cambridge University all round everywhere you go! There is a guided bus into town. Allocated reserved parking at the rear and other parking spaces free for visitors. Bicycle available by request. Absolutely nothing will disturb your stay, just mindful of neighbours.
