The Feldhof residence was completely renovated in 2005 and offers spacious, comfortable apartments with a shared wellness and fitness area. Embedded within stunning landscape and surrounded by unique mountain scenery, the residence is located approximately 1,359 m above sea level. The apartment “Feldhof Mountains Latemar 112” is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom as well as one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television as well as a children's bed and a highchair (upon request). The highlight of this property is the shared wellness area with a jacuzzi, a sauna, a Finnish and Turkish sauna, a Kneipp bath, a hay bath as well as the fitness room. Furthermore, you have access to the garden, which is shared with the other residents of the house. In approximately 2 minutes on foot you will reach the centre of the village, which offers restaurants, bakeries, bars and supermarkets. The beautiful city of Bolzano is located a 35-minute drive away (25.6 km) and Merano is a 57-minute drive away (58 km). The ski resort Ski Center Latemar can be reached by car in just 14 minutes (10.6 km) and the Deutschnofen ski lift is a mere 4-minute drive from the property. Covered parking spaces are available on the property. An underground parking space can be reserved in advance. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of €10. There is a cellar in the residence for approximately 20 people, which can be used for events upon request.
