The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Nestling in a quiet valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Coes is a 500-year-old, 50-acre farm with a vineyard being planted in Spring 2021. At The Granary you can relax and take in the tranquility, or the location offers a great base for long local rambles and cycles. At Coes you’ll find absolute tranquillity with a bit of luxury thrown in. There are formal gardens, a croquet lawn, an Italianate garden and ornamental ponds, a tennis court, orchards, 7 acres of vineyard (planting in 2021) and wild woodland walks. Guests have their own cottage and access to the grounds, the footpaths and the woodland. We can supply breakfast baskets with Coes eggs, Ben's home made sourdough bread, home made jams and other local produce for a small charge, on request.
