Warm and Cozy (C)

You will be staying in a private room with a lock on the door & will have your own key. There are two other rooms besides your on the second floor, both, or neither of which might be occupied by other guests during the time of your stay. Please note that you will be sharing the bathroom with other guests. We are located in a very peaceful & quiet neighbourhood, about 5-minute drive away from Stony Brook University. The closest train station is 1.7 miles away & we are located very close to Smith Haven Mall. You will have access to the second floor, which is where all of my guests stay. In other words you will have access to your room and to the bathroom. Stony Brook is a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood where you can both access everything you need, but enjoy a peaceful nights' sleep as well. We are 1.6 miles away from St. James Station & also easily accessible for Uber/ Lyft. I have a dog which you may hear bark for a minute as you come up the stairs, but you won't see him, as he does not have access to anywhere my guests stay.
