Stay in the heart of the picturesque "Poet's Hill" (Lamartine) in this charming apartment with garden, ideal for a couple (with or without children)! The apartment, 37m², has everything you need to spend an unforgettable stay in our beautiful area! You will enter through the small private gate and will directly access the charming little garden with a large terrace with garden lounge, dining table and sun loungers. Then enter through the large glass door into the living room with large design sofa (convertible if needed), coffee table and wall TV screen. The kitchen area, opened to the living room, offers all the necessary equipment to cook as at home: kettle, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher but also toaster, dipping mixer, raclette and fondue machine... The raised island-style dining table has 4 bar chairs. In the separate bedroom, you will find a double bed and a large closet. In addition, the apartment has a separate W.C, a bathroom with a bathtub and a storage space for your suitcases, coats and shoes! There are many free parking spaces at the back of the residence. Note that, for your comfort: - Sheets are provided and installed - A large and small towel are provided per person - Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure. The apartment is located next to the heart of Tresserve. Also known as "Poet's Hill", Tresserve is a small village overlooking the “Lac du Bourget”, the largest natural lake in France. The view from its magnificent town hall (5/10 minutes’ walk) or from the Lamartine site (5/10 minutes walk) is particularly beautiful when the green/blue waters shimmer under the summer sun. The village is bordered by “Aix-les-Bains, Riviera des Alpes”, a city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its casinos, cultural and historical sites, spas, baths,restaurants, water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruise...) and sport activities (internationally renowned 18-hole golf course open all year round) - A 5-minute drive away. A bus stop is 2 steps from the apartment. With the Ondea bus network, you can get to the centre-city of Aix-Les-Bains thanks to the on-demand service (provided you have anticipated). For long stays, we can provide you with a free bus pass (made on request at least 15 days before your arrival). For the more athletic, many shortcuts or walking paths make it possible to get to the lake or the city. Upon arrival in the accommodation, you will find a welcome booklet and tourist documents offering many ideas of activities for your stay!
