It has wonderful panoramic views to the mountains and the sea from all areas and rooms. It has two bigs and spacious infinity swimming pools, solarium, gardens, barbecue, balconies, terraces and chill out areas at different levels to rest and enjoy your holidays in Tenerife. The areas are equipped with ergonomic sun loungers, balinese beds, jacuzzi, outdoor tables, chairs and sofas. There is cold air conditioning in all rooms. The house has three floors and you can access with stairs or elevator. It has five double bedrooms with King Site beds, each one decorated with a different style and color. Two are on the ground floor and three on the up floor, all in suite. One of them has a dressing room and a bathtub inside the room. It has two spacious and elegant lounges on the ground floor, both have a large and comfortable chaise lounge sofa and plasma TV, as well as WIFI available in all the house. The kitchen has a big central island and equipped with all the necessary and quality appliances: oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, wine cellar, freezer, mixer, toaster, coffee machine… In the underground floor -1, there is the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and personal cleaning elements. It also has a closed parking with a capacity for 5 vehicles and an electric charger. For your safety, we have also integrated security doors, a safe box, first aid kit and fire extinguishers. On request, you can also have cots and high chairs free of charge. This villa is 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket, leisure centers, golf courses, bars, restaurants, and 5 minutes from the beach. Reina Sofía Airport is only 20 minutes by car and shopping centers are 10. The Villa 95 recently built in 2019, was designed and furnished with good taste, and to much attention to every detail and decoration. The combination of the plays of lights, blinds, glass windows that surrounds almost the entire house, the interior patio of lights decorated with typical vegetation of the Canary Islands, the marble in the exterior structure, palms trees that surround the garden, and the parquet of the interior, will transmit by the modern and minimalist style, a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, just like at home. After booking, you must sign a rental agreement and complete the Official Online Registration required by law, you will provide a copy of all passports or identification of all guests. A damage deposit of 1.000€ is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO CELEBRATE PARTIES IN THE HOUSE. For non-compliance, the customer will be charged the sum of € 5,000 for the penalty. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
