ENTIRE TOWNHOUSE CABO ROIG NEAR BEACH AND BARS

Situated centrally to the infamous strip (where all the bars and restaurants are), beach and La Zenia boulevard all in walking distance . Parking is outside the property so shopping can be taken into the property with ease. The front garden as seating for 6 at the table covered with a parasol, 2 x sun loungers, BBQ area and a 2 seater table for your cold drinks after the beach. Then walk into the living room area where you will find seating for 5 and a dining room tables and chairs. Room leads to an open plan kitchen with all the facilities needed. In to the rear place to dry your clothes after the beach, wash them in the our washing machine supplied and every thing to dry your clothes. We have a downstairs bathroom with a toilet and hand sink. Upstairs there is a full shower room, 2 double bedrooms which can be made into 2 singles each or doubles. Please let us know. The master bedroom leads out to a solarium which you can enjoy the evening sun sets with a comfortable table and 2 chairs. The villa is part of a community so has 3 stunning pools and gardens please see photos. The villa is west facing so not to hot and not too cold.
