PENTY, charming house Sarzeau at 50m form the beach

Let’s learn some Breton ! A Penty is a typical breton house with a slate roof near the sea. Our Penty check all the boxes, it is an elegant home with a garden on the Rhuys Peninsula, at 50 meters from the beach of Banastère. The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a spacious living-room with a dining area and an open kitchen. For more confort there are independant toilets and large cupboards. You can access to the garden through the kitchen for an even more intimate stay. The Penty will charm you with its exposed stones walls and its refined decoration. Carefully thought when it comes to furnitures or commodities : Wifi, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machin, dryer… On the top floor you can discover 2 bedrooms (one has a modular bed, twin or double as you prefer), a functional bathroom with a shower and a desk area. The localisation of the Penty ensure calm and a return to nature, just a few steps, and you can already enjoy the sea spray and the beach. You can also reach a famous hikking path (GR34) from the house. It’s the perfect place to discover the breton heritage : between the impressive Suscinio and Vannes, a city labeled for his historical preservation.
