Spacious 55 square meter apartment for 1-4 people, newly refurbished, fully equipped including washing machine, iron, hair dryer and thermo accumulator, towels and bed linen. Large bedroom with king size bed and balcony facing east; bathroom with electric towel and shower; small all equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and a coffee machine; living room with sofa bed and balcony facing west. It is located in the third floor of a building with elevator and concierge, supermarket in the ground floor and cafes, restaurants, laundromats, hairdresser and pharmacy within walking distance.
