The house is bright and spacious and has a wonderful mix of old and new decors to keep the tradition of the house but with modern comforts. The lounge with comfortable sofas and TV, an elegant dining area next to the big fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is on three levels with 7 bedrooms and seven bathrooms plus a guest toilet, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, Ideal for a family vacations or group of friends. On the ground floor is the main hallway, lounge, dining, kitchen and guest toilet. The master bedroom, dressing area and en suite bathroom. The dining and kitchen areas have direct access onto the swimming pool and terraces.The first floor has 3 bedrooms en suite with twin beds.The second floor has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom, the other 2 with large double and smaller double bed share a bathroom.The house is fully air conditioned which can be reversed to heat for the cooler months, and has wifi throughout. Palmanova is 5 km and has many supermarkets, recreation and beaches. The closest golf courses are Santa Ponsa, Poniente and Bendinat. Palma de Mallorca airport is 25 kilometers away.
