This magnificent, newly renovated house is located in the center of Sóller, about 5-7 minutes walk from the main square, with its many cafes, bars and restaurants. It is a very popular destination for excursion and hiking. Despite the proximity to the city center, where ever a colorful hustle and bustle and many traditional festivals of the “Sollerics”, this house is an oasis of tranquility through the large garden and offers all the comforts you need to enjoy a holiday in a privileged setting in a small town in the Sierra de Tramuntana. The house is a typical Majorcan town house, which has been completely renovated, but it has not lost the flair of an old house. From the street you enter a large entrance area, which leads directly to the garden on the other side. In the mezzanine we find the modern kitchen, fully equipped with appliances of the last generation, open to the dining room and an adjacent living room with large windows and terrace door into the garden. The windows have an automatic exterior blind. In the basement we find the laundry room with washer / dryer and a pantry. The first floor consists of a large living room, beautifully furnished with modern design furniture and two double bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom. Through the Mediterranean vegetation around the pool there is always a shady spot where you do not have to escape from the sun even on the hottest days. In the back part of the garden you can pick various fruits depending on the season, oranges for the juice for breakfast or peaches. Separated by a few steps one reaches the car park, where there is a parking for 2 cars. The parking lot is accessible by an electric garden gate from the rear street!
