This eighteenth-century mansion transformed into a beautiful holiday villa, with a large fenced park (ca. 10,000 m2) and private swimming pool (5x12; h 1,20-2,20), is located in a dominant and panoramic position, just 3 km from the village of Vicchio. The villa is on two floors, is very large and retains its original charm, with coffered ceilings and antique furniture and guarantees a good level of modern comfort. Here there is enough space for two or more families with children or groups of friends who spend their holidays together and the younger guests will surely be enthusiastic about the ample space to play while the adults will be able to "concentrate" on complete relaxation by the pool or under the shady foliage of the centuries old trees! The pergola furnished with a large table and chairs is ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Mugello hills, rich in woods, fields and olive groves. Nature and trekking lovers in this region will be spoiled for choice because there are many paths that lead to silent and uncontaminated natural landscapes. We also recommend taking a trip to Lake Bilancino (approx. 25 km), which in addition to being suitable for swimming, attracts water sports enthusiasts such as sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. The villa is an ideal starting point for visiting Florence (approx. 40 km) but also Siena, Lucca, and Pisa, which can also be reached by train from the Vicchio train station (3 km - all kinds of shops). Two baby beds are available. Parking on the property. Pets allowed after agreement at the time of booking. The caretaker lives on the farm, which is connected to the back of the villa.
