The house is rented for exclusive use, totally renovated and equipped with every comfort. The house consists of a non-habitable kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven. Large living room with two sofas, TV with Sky service, fireplace, large dining table with 6 chairs. Bathroom with large shower and two internal side seats. Wardrobe closet. Bedroom with possibility of adding a cot. External patio connected to the kitchen, with dining table, chairs and corner sofas for relaxation and reading. Equipped with volumetric alarm system. Not more than 5 minutes from the estate you can reach: the free beaches and equipped beaches, the inhabited center with all the services (banks, post office, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, hospital), tennis courts, football and soccer fields, areas outdoor games for children. Locri Epizefiri Museum and Archaeological Park. A short distance can be reached easily by car and you can admire: the medieval village of Gerace, the Cattolica di Stilo, the Greek Orthodox Monastery of San Giovanni Therestis, the Hermitage of Santa Maria della Stella di Pazzano, the Park Museum of Santa Barbara, the Roman Villa of Casignana, the port of the Graces of Roccella Jonica (blue flag since 2002) and many other places of interest.
