Just a minute from the local bowls club, this property benefits from a communal pool shared between just 3 dwellings. La Marquesa Golf club and Quesada town are both just a 5 minute drive away with the blue flag beaches of Guardamar just a 10 minute drive. The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in. Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number.
