Stunning, newly refurbished 5 bedroom home very close to the beach and amenities of East Wittering Village. Very recently owned, decorated, and filled, so we really hope you'll love it as much as we do and leave it as you find it. The open plan kitchen, dining & family room opens up to the BBQ terrace and garden via two sets of bifold doors, which create a room in the garden. There are 5 bedrooms, the master is upstairs with an ensuite and the other 4 are downstairs. One of these is also used as a snug room with TV and games. This house is as airy and cool in the summer as it is cosy in the winter. The beach is literally 20 seconds from your front door, and you can walk for hours on end or cycle the many paths on the famous Sultans Way. If sailing is your thing, then you can check out Chichester Marina, and have a bite at the Boathouse Cafe, or walk a little further up to Dell Quay and the wonderful Crown & Anchor pub.
