Magnificent modern house, completely renovated since April 2015, of more than 200m2 with magnificent panoramic views of the Rully vineyards on both sides of the house. Large fenced garden + 4 wooden terraces + outdoor barbecue + pizza oven + pétanque court + jacuzzi in continuous operation. Our house is located on the Burgundy wine route 15 minutes from Beaune and Chalon sur Saone. Possibility of hikes starting from the house on foot (Remenot mountain on the garden side), bicycle rides on the greenway 5 minutes from the house, wine tastings at the winegrowers and visits to castles including the medieval castle of Rully. Our house consists of 5 bedrooms, with large bed and quality bedding, spread over 3 levels, the living rooms are spacious and bright. A large fenced garden with an outdoor barbecue and pizza oven are available. The places are calm and without vis-à-vis because in a dead end. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms (160cm beds), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, an open kitchen, a large hall and a veranda. The 1st floor has 1 bedroom (160cm bed), a kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, bathroom with tub and separate toilet. The top floor has 2 bedrooms (in the 1st bedroom, 2 90cm beds and in the 2nd family bedroom: 1 140cm bed and a 90cm bed) and a WC. Board games, children's toys, and books available. Complete equipment for young children is also available (changing table, play mat, bath, deckchair, high chair, toys, 3 travel cots) The village of Rully has several shops, including a mini-market, a restaurant, 2 bakeries, and a hair salon within walking distance in 5 minutes.
