It also enjoys a pleasant afternoon breeze and a spectacular sunset over the water. The villa is equipped with all comforts, barbecue, swimming pool for private use with outdoor shower and sun beds, as well as of course washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, free wifi and a private beach with lawn and shady trees. The lake water is very clean, motor boats being banned. At 100 meters from the house there is a nature path that runs along the crest of the hills surrounding the lake and to reach the village you can use the cycle path that runs alongside the tree-lined road. The village offers a particular welcome, with many restaurants on the lake, a very suggestive historical center, a really pleasant walk along the lake and a characteristic market that takes place two Sundays a month. There are many sailing clubs to take advantage of a day by boat or canoe and the lake tour with the boat that touches the three surrounding villages is unmissable. For golfers we have a few km 'Terre dei consoli' and going to Rome about twenty km the 'Golf Club Olgiata'.
