Magnificent restored manor house 10min from beach

The house was built in the 18th century and was recently restored in order to adapt it to the highest modern demands for comfort, including a very efficient heating system. The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor us a very spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to the lovely garden, a fully equiped kitchen, a small double bedroom adjacent to the living room, and a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor is an enormous master bedroom with a sitting area, a wood stove, a balcony with beautiful views, and a bathroom with tub; a sitting room with access to the other 2 double bedrooms on this floor; and another full bathroom with a tub. On the second floor, the use of which is optional, is another sitting room, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a small bathroom with shower, another two double bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a shower. The manor house is on a private property of 3.000m2, with a lovely garden with a lawn, fruit trees and mountain views, and with an outdoor dining table. There are 2 electric grills for cooking outdoors. To rent the house at the correct fee for access to all floors, please request a booking for 12 guests. In low season, it is possible for groups of up to 6 guests to book the house without access to the second floor, at the rental fee corresponding to up to 6 guests.
