The newly built holiday apartment Thoma in Bad Heilbrunn is perfect for enjoying a wonderful stay for up to 5 people in the beautiful area of Bad Tölz. The 85 m² apartment comprises a living-dining area with a double bed and a comfortable seating area, a very well-equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable television, a child's bed and a highchair. The outdoor area boasts 3 large balconies with garden furniture, from which you have a wonderful mountain view and can enjoy the sun throughout the day. Bad Heilbrunn is located 54 km (50-minute drive) southwest of Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen is 53 km (45-minute drive) away, and the town of Bad Tölz with many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is only a 10-minute drive (6.3 km) east of the apartment. In the area, there are several skiing areas, the closest lift is 16 km (22-minute drive) away, and the popular hiking area around Brauneck is 29 km (40-minute drive) away. Bad Heilbrunn is also close to various lakes and castles. Hikers and cyclists will get their money's worth, because there are many tours with a breathtaking mountain and lake panorama. Our holiday apartment is situated next to a beautiful lake with a sunbathing lawn (for a small fee), which is perfect for relaxing and swimming. Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed, but there are pets already living on the property. Guests over the age of 6 must pay a tourist tax of €1 per person and night. -
