Apartment with mountain views, located in the centre of Jaca, but at the same time in a quiet area, far from noise, next to McDonalds and Chiquilandia children´s play park, and close to Mercadona. Situated just five minutes walk from various shops, supermarkets, restaurants and tapas bars. There is a communal garage and store room, which is very useful for keeping snow equipment and bicycles. Maximum capacity is for four people EQUIPMENT Access to the apartment is via a lift from the garage, and it contains one bedroom with double bed and a hideaway bed. The American style kitchen with all necessary equipment, a lounge-diner with individual sofa bed and a complete bathroom. Cots can be provided for free on request subject to availability. Sheets and towels are provided and all bed linen such as blankets, duvets, pillows and covers. The apartment is very bright with large windows and splendid views over Peña Oroel. Surrounded by lawns and gardens and a summer exterior communal pool, great for both adults and children. LOCATION Thirty minutes drive away are the ski stations of Candanchú and Astún, and the French border is just a few minutes drive. The urbanisation is in a quiet area of town with easy access to the Formigal and Astún road. IMPORTANT: The swimming pool is only open during the summer.
