The Residence of El Mar Estate is divided in 3 independent villas that each can accommodate from 6 to 10 people. The 3 properties are independent but located next to each other, always providing privacy. Each house is equipped with everything you will need to be as if it was your home away from home. The furniture is a combination of modern style equipment and local island colors that match perfectly with the sole character of the Cycladic Greek islands. Villa Nautilus has 2 floors, 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 - 10 guests. Villa Phos has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 - 7 guests. Villa Melanella has also 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 - 8 guests. The comforts of home away from home, the charm of a traditional Mykonian villa and on the other side, the fun of parties all around the island create the perfect setting for summer holidays. Location: The area of Saint Isidoros (Super Paradise) is very calm. Distance between restaurants, beaches and the town centre are all very short as El Mar Estate is ideally located in the heart of Mykonos. To reach Mykonos town center (called Chora) is only 10min by car. 5 to 10 minutes drive are the closest best beaches on the island called ”Super Paradise”, ”Agrari” , ”Kalo Livadi” and ”Elia”. Other famous beaches such as ”Paradise” (Cavo Paradiso, Tropicana) and ”Paraga”(Skorpios) are a short distance from El Mar Estate & Villas. We will be happy to assist you in booking the following (all upon request): - Breakfast/brunch menu available at an additional charge. - Professional chef service also available to come to the villa and prepare your prefered menu. - A traditional built-in BBQ located in the terrace adjacent to the swimming pool is available for use by either the Chef or yourself to prepare a range of delicious BBQ menu items (upon request). - Catering service/ ready made dishes conveniently brought at your villa ready to eat at the time you want. - Hire a private yacht with a Captain to cruise for a day around Mykonos and Rhenia, its closest virgin island (upon request) - Private mini bus with a driver available to hire (charge per each ride) - most efficient way of transportation around the island if you do not wish to drive. This can easily be arranged only 30' before the time you would like to leave from where you are located. - Butler services available for your ultimate convenient and luxury experience.
