- The pool and jacuzzi are available from 9:00 - 20:00. - If additional guests wish to stay in the apartment, this must be agreed upon with the homeowner in advance. - If the rubbish is not separated according to the indicated rules, this may result in a deduction from the deposit. The apartment with its spacious pool area and the unique sea view is located in the east of Sardinia, only 4 km from the famous beach Cala Brandinchi (9 minutes by car). The apartment has a nice living/dining room with an attached kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. On the spacious, covered terrace, you can spend relaxing hours in the comfortable lounge chairs and at the large dining table. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and satellite TV. Outside the apartment, you will find a shared garden with a swimming pool, a whirlpool and sun loungers. This is the perfect place to end a long summer day with a cocktail. The nearest beach, Lu Impostu, is just a 9-minute drive away (4,5 km). Here you will also find restaurants. The nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute drive (1 km) from the accommodation. Parking is available on the property and on the road. Bed linen and towels cost 20 euros each per person per stay.
