Easily reach Le 5Terre, Portovenere and Lerici with the means available near the house (Bus, Train and Ferry). —Free parking for the car— There are 2 parking: The first one (at 250 meters from the house) is free. The second one (in front of the house) costs 50cents per hour (free during the night).  1 spacious and bright double bedroom with terrace with table and umbrella.  1 bedroom with single bed and double sofa bed + terrace. Fully equipped kitchen + terrace. Living room and bathroom with bathtub. Central heating and air conditioning. - Free and unlimited Wi-Fi—  2 tv  Large, bright rooms equipped with a pleasant stay. Quiet and peaceful area. A few steps away there is a supermarket. The apartment is located close to the "La Spezia Migliarina Railway Station" (10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car). - Apartment near the "La Spezia Centrale railway station" (5 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes by bus) -  - Under the house there is the bus stops to reach the "La Spezia Centrale Railway Station" (take a train in 10 minutes you arrive at 5Terre!) -  Below the house there are bus stops to reach Portovenere and Lerici. The apartment is near the departure point of the ferries (boats) to reach Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Apartment located a few minutes from the motorway. Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport is reachable within an hour by car. Guests have access to all rooms, all equipment and all terraces in the house. —I am available to receive guests at the station to take them home—  Available for any information or problem. Tourist tax established by the municipality of La Spezia with the resolution of the City Council n. 7 of 02/15/2012. For this accommodation the fee is Euro 2.50 per person per night up to the fifth (5) night. The following exemptions are available:  • minors up to sixteen;  • all those who assist patients with health facilities within the municipal boundaries, allowing one carer for patient and two carers for patient minor;  • coach drivers and tourist couriers who assist groups organized by at least 25 members. The exemption applies to a bus driver and a tour courier for every 25 members of the group. To be paid upon arrival at home. No smoking in the house. Possible to smoke on the terrace. The Sunshine Home house is located very close to the motorway exit, very close to La Spezia Migliarina railway station and bus stops for destinations such as Portovenere, Lerici, SanTerenzo and La Spezia Centrale railway station. Also nearby are supermarkets and the Le Terrazze shopping center. By bus you can reach the "Morin Promenade" in a few minutes where you can take the ferries (boat) to the 5Terre, Portovenere and the Palmaria.
