A luxury Grade II listed barn conversion, forming part of the prestigious Maltings development; one of North Norfolk's landmark historic buildings. Situated just outside the lovely Georgian town of Holt, and only a short drive away from the coast at Blakeney and Cley-next-the-Sea, this is a perfect all year round holiday hideaway. Walk through the double glazed entrance door and the spectacular full-height entrance hall with its tiled floor and stunning feature glazed staircase welcomes you to this fabulous property, and you immediately realise you have a real treat in store. The barn has been fitted out from top to bottom with quality fixtures and fittings and the whole ambience is one of space and light with a definite nod to luxury living. The open tread stairway leads to the first floor and its fabulous, comfortable and relaxing open-plan living space encased by glazed panels overlooking the entrance hall below. At the far end of the room a door takes you through to the master bedroom with an en-suite and dressing room. Just outside of this room, a ladder takes you up to a further mezzanine area. Although this is currently unfurnished it is available to be used for whatever takes your fancy - though do please take care, you need a head for heights and the ascent and descent is not for the faint hearted! Back down to the ground floor, and off to the left of the entrance hall is the open-plan kitchen with dining area. This modern fitted kitchen has full height windows and double doors that fill the space with light. Quality black gloss units with white quartz worktops add a touch of glamour. Integrated appliances and well-equipped cupboards ensure you have everything you need if you like to cook and and enjoy 'dining-in'. There's a choice of seating with a breakfast bar and stools or there's a dining table that everyone can fit around and enjoy a sociable meal together. If you feel the need of a more comfy seat to relax into, there is a sofa here too. At the far end of the entrance hall you will find two more bedrooms (a double and twin) and a bathroom. Tun House is a rather special place and is just perfect for couples and friends, but ideal for families too. One dog is very welcome to stay but 'house rules‘ for dogs must be respected and dogs kept under control within communal areas (the garden is enclosed but not dog proof). Ground Floor: A double entrance door leads into vaulted entrance hall. Open-plan dining kitchen A really well-equipped kitchen with underfloor heating comprising electric oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with icebox and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with three stools, a dining table with seating for six guests and a two seater sofa. The adjoining utility 'cupboard' houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom two With a double bed, chest of drawers, wall hooks with hangers. Bedroom three A twin room with full-size single beds, chest of drawers and coat stand. Bathroom A white suite with bath and overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Stairs with glazed sides and stair gate at the top to ... First Floor: Mezzanine open-plan living area With two three-seater sofas and Smart television with BT Sport. Master bedroom With a king-size bed, chest, wall mounted television and walk-in dressing room. En-suite bathroom Bath with overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside: The garden is mostly laid to lawn and enclosed by metal post and rail fencing. The garden is enclosed but not dog proof. There is allocated parking for two cars outside the house on the shared gravelled communal parking area. Additional Information One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Please note: there is a nearby road and you may be aware of passing traffic. Access Note: The sitting room is on the first floor.
