Welcome to our studio located in the heart of Laval, 10 minutes walk from the train station and close to the shops. You will find a market crossroads 3 min walk from the apartment. As well as bars, restaurants, stores in the street of peace at 5 min walk from the apartment. To entertain you, you will be able to take advantage of the bars offering a beautiful view on the Mayenne like the Cap Horn, or the Palatium. This freshly renovated studio is the ideal pied-à-terre for your professional stays or for a stay for two. The access to this studio can be done by the road, you can also take the bus stop which is located just at the foot of your accommodation: the line A Tassigny will allow you to reach the city center in 3 minutes. This studio is composed of a large living room including a double bed with bedside table and chest of drawers, a separate sitting area with sofa and TV and a table for your meals. an independent kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... And finally a shower room with WC. For your parking, you will be able to park for free in the street of the hamlet, or in the streets around. The apartment does not have a private parking space. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by one of the members of the Guest Adom concierge team with whom you will be in contact, who will make sure that your stay goes smoothly and will give you the keys to your accommodation. We provide bed and bath linen. The cleaning fee is not included in the price of your accommodation, so you are asked to leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. If the accommodation is not returned in a clean and tidy condition, you will be charged 50 euros. If you wish, we can provide a cleaning service on your departure, which will be charged at the amount of 50 euros. *COVID-19: In order to guarantee your safety and to fight against the spread of the virus, we have adopted a strict health charter concerning the cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations and this in accordance with the recommendations made by the health authorities.
