Τhe apartment is located in a small village called Kokkari on an island of the eastern Aegean, Samos. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, right in front of the sea with a spectacular view of the unspoilt blue sea in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the Aegean. The apartment has two main bedrooms, one of which can accommodate a baby cot and a third room, where one person could sleep a person or be used as a living room. There are two bathrooms.There is one refrigerator and facilities for coffee or tea. Half of the building is surrounded by a balcony. At the basement of the house there is a beautiful stone patio that you can use whenever you want. Wear your swimsuit, go down the stairs and you are in a small beach where you can swim. With many restaurants and cafes just some steps away, you will be surprised of how quiet the home is! The apartment is spotless, modern and comfortable, impeccable and definitely spacious for 4, it's meticulously clean and has all the bells and whistles one would need!The quality of the accommodation adds luxury to your stay! We would like to inform the potential guests, that despite the fact that the apartment is located on the second floor of the main building, there are 30 steps to be climbed.
