Able to accommodate from 2 to 8 people, we provide household and bathroom linen and ensure the maintenance of the accommodation upon your departure. We also provide you with beach towels which take up so much space in your luggage! Saint Paul de Vence being a medieval village, the house extends over 3 levels, it consists of 4 rooms, including 2 very large bedrooms and it is fully air conditioned. On the ground floor, a large entrance opening onto a kitchen of about 20m², with a dining table that can seat 4 to 12 people. Fully equipped, you have: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, electric juicer, kitchen utensils and dishes. The 30 m² living room has a 127 cm TV (access more than 200 channels in French English German Spanish ...) and a DVD player; There are installed 2 large Italian leather sofas, including a convertible (160X200 bed, Bultex mattress) allowing people less comfortable with the floors to stay in the house since a shower room equipped with a WC and sink complete this first level. A staircase gives access to the 1st floor, composed of a bedroom of 20m² (160X200cm bed, 2 large walk-in closets) and a bathroom of 12m² equipped with a 2-seater Jacuzzi, a WC, and a 'a marble basin. A washing machine (up to 7kgr of linen) is at your disposal in a small laundry area. The second bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and is joined by a concealed staircase, offering great independence from the rest of the accommodation. With sloping ceilings and an area of 20m², it is equipped with a double bed 160X200cm and 2 single beds of 100x200cm. Please note that you also have Wi-Fi internet, free landline telephone in more than 150 countries, a canister vacuum cleaner and a cordless vacuum cleaner, a kitchen background and cleaning products. Finally, we have a travel cot and baby equipment that we provide free of charge on request to facilitate your stay with baby.
