Please make sure the parking permit is displayed when using the parking space.** The Space: Decorated with high spec furnishings throughout, from marble top side tables, statement mirrors, luxury waterfall shower and plush Chesterfield headboards for the double beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite with waterfall shower & chaise lounge single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the main bathroom in the apartment has a bath with shower above and beautiful grey tiling. Boasting a super comfy double sofa bed in the Lounge, Juliette balcony with tonnes of natural light and a smart TV giving you access to Netflix, iPlayer etc; ideal for a night in after cooking up a storm in our fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering (although you're spoilt for choice with eating out!). With a washing machine, full sized fridge freezer, induction stove top and coffee machine you're all kitted out! Guest Access: Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Located just off the trendy Duke St with its numerous bars, coffee shops and eateries you have plenty of choice on your doorstep! Also being less than 5 minutes walk to Liverpool ONE makes this apartment ideal for a shopping trip, and with the Albert Dock, Central train station and the business district all within 5-10 minutes walking of the apartment you are ideally located no matter the nature of your trip! Apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from Lime St Station. Getting Around: The apartment is so central that everywhere is within walking distance! If you wish to venture further afield the major transport links like Lime Street train station and Liverpool ONE bus station are all just a few minutes walk away. We offer one secure parking space on site but for further parking the closest secure car park is located 4 minutes walk away from the apartment. The prices is £18/ 24 hours. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
