Cedar Hill Cottage is a secluded home, situated on a beautiful country land that borders Roaring River State Park. We are the closest rental property to the park without being in the park itself. Enjoy the private cabin in the woods feel, while being close enough to enjoy the luxuries of fishing, swimming, hiking, and much more. An outdoor fire pit and outdoor activities make it the perfect getaway for families, friends, and work retreats. *No cleaning fee Recent updates include new siding, furniture, and fixtures throughout the house. Spacious kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and dining room table. Bedroom has two queen size beds and sliding glass door leading to front patio. Bathroom has a walk in shower and a washer and dryer for any guests’ use. Large living room has a couch, recliner, and TV with access to movie and show apps. Free wireless internet is also provided throughout the house. The new space can accommodate 1-6 guests comfortably (additional bedding available per request). We have a specialized parking pad for boats or RVs/campers. The concrete pad does not have any RV hookups such as sewer or electric. Paid guests who stay at Cedar Hill are welcome to utilize this pad for extra RV camping, at no additional cost, knowing that their internal generators will have to be used (running electrical cords from anywhere on the property will be prohibited). Guests will have access to a full sized kitchen and dining area, large living room, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. We will be close by if guests ever have any questions during their stay. Cedar Hill Cottage borders Roaring River State Park. We are also 6 miles from Eagle Rock Marina, 20 miles from Eureka Springs, Arkansas, 30 miles from Rogers, Arkansas and 35 miles from Branson, Missouri. There is a separate side to this home.
