This beautiful apartment is located close to all Liverpool's main attractions , such as the Albert Dock, Mathew Street and the shopping district Liverpool ONE. No need to travel by public transport or taxi! The Space: Located in a heritage building this wonderful apartment boasts a fantastic location with the business quarter and Liverpool one mere moments away! With all linen, towels and cooking basics provided you have all you need to start you off on a great stay seeing all Liverpool has to offer. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire apartment, walking through communal areas to get there. Make yourself at home! The Neighborhood: This fabulous apartment is located just a few minutes walk away from the most attractive places in Liverpool and therefore a great choice for all travellers who like to save their money and time using taxi or public transport. Your 10-minute walk from the apartment to Albert Docks will be a true pleasure as you will be passing by the financial district which is surrounded by beautiful architecture! Getting Around: Our apartment is under a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station, Moorfields and only a 10 minute walk away from the main bus station at Liverpool One! There is no parking available at the property, however, there is a NCP 24 hour secure car park a 4 minute walk to the apartment at £17 for 24hours. Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay.
