Villa Nova - Kas villa with amazing views

Villa Nova is settled in a quiet neighbourhood above Kas city centre with wonderful sea views. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. You can lounge by the private pool on the large sun terrace and soak up the sun during the day. Enjoy the views over the bay and a BBQ as the sun sets on the horizon. If you fancy an evening stroll around the town’s boutique shops or to enjoy some ice cream whilst people watching in the main square, it is less than 10 minutes drive away. The villa accommodates up to 5 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over 2 floors.  The main living area is on the entrance level with patio doors to the front providing direct access to the sun terrace and pool. The glorious sunlight floods in and creates a bright light space. The area is open plan with the kitchen and a dining table to the left. And the lounge area with sofas and the television to the right. There is also a double bedroom and a family bathroom on the ground floor. When you take the stairs up to the first floor you will find a single bedroom, a second family bathroom, and the master bedroom. The views from the master bedroom are breathtaking. You can enjoy these vistas from the floor to ceiling balcony doors as soon as you wake in the morning and as you enjoy your coffee on the balcony. This spacious grand bedroom features a large double bed, a sitting area, and an open dressing room with a closet. The villa is fully air-conditioned with the exception of the single bedroom which has a fan. There are wireless internet and parking at the villa.
