The villa was built on 2 floors with 150m2 and every room is equipped with air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a large king-size double bed, a Smart TV, sea views, direct access to the terrace and its own en-suite bathroom. The lower floor is defined by a modern living-dining area with a luxurious and fully equipped kitchen. Both floors were built with large panoramic windows, so you can enjoy the sea view throughout the villa. In the living room there is a comfortable pull-out couch, which can be used as a double bed and offers 2 more people additional sleeping space. Several beaches can be reached quickly and easily from the villa. You can walk to Drenje beach in just 20 minutes. Ravni is about 4 minutes by car and 2.5 km away. There you will find a small supermarket, restaurants and other beaches. The nearest town is Labin, about 10 km away.
