Large covered patio with fireplace that guests are welcome to use. Full kitchen, and full bath. Private entrance. Guest parking on the street. Includes wifi, dish network, and laundry. Walk to town, theater, dining, parks. No need to drive. Over 2 people will require $15 per additional person per night. Great area for outdoor dining or just lounging by the outdoor fireplace. Private access to the entire apartment. 3 steps up to the separate entrance. Plenty of privacy. Guest parking is on the street. The original home was built in 1937 by Prineville's Doctor Atkinson. In 1957 he sold the property to his good friend Dr. Thomas who built the addition which is now the apartment. Other local notables have occupied the home since. Two of the neighboring houses were built in the mid 1930's by the WPA as homes for the Forest Service employees and their families.
