First floor includes, living room with dining table, kitchen, hallway exit to the main terrace. Second floor includes, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and access to terrace with great sea view. Fourth floor includes, 1 bedroom with bathroom and access to a big terrace with spectacular sea view. All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes. The pool area has a pergola and a wonderfool relaxing area with sea view. If you want to swim, the sea is only 70 meters away. One can choose the beautiful beach of Orkos below the Villa, or enjoy one of the more private small bays, or Mikri Vigla beach, where you can enjoy windsurfing / kiting. The Kastraki beach is also very beautiful with a restaurant where the food is definitely to recommend! It is also nice to grill on the terrace, enjoy a good meal while enjoying the spectacular sunsets over the Aegean!!
