Ginepro is a holiday home in a bungalow , very nice, inside the residence Naca d`Oro, in the Maruggio campaigns. The cottage offers up to 4 beds . It is equipped with air conditioning , TV, mosquito nets on the windows, video surveillance, furnished outdoor space, outdoor shower and free parking space. Pets not allowed. Ginepro's interiors are made up of a kitchen with a dining room where there is air conditioning , 1 double bedroom , 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The Ginepro bungalow is independent, with climate, TV, kitchenette equipped with pots and pans. Present sheets, towels and cleaning kit. Ginepro is a perfect holiday home for a family of up to 4 people, for stays in nature just a few minutes from the Ionian beaches and the town center. Maruggio is about 3 km away, while the Campomarino beaches are even closer, about 2 km away.  - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioner in the kitchen.
