1920 Carriage House on lush private estate. Renovated and charming! Situated on secluded, majestic 6 acre riverfront property on the St. John’s River. Enjoy park like grounds filled with colorful azaleas, ancient oak and hickory trees, dripping in Spanish moss. Sit back and watch and listen to incredible hawks and bald eagles overhead! Wake up to a magical sunrise each day! See the manatees lazily grazing! Owners live on the property and are always available. This beautiful retreat is one of two Airbnb properties available at our estate. We can comfortably accommodate 15 guests between both homes. The Carriage House, which sleeps 7, is not suitable for children due to higher end furniture and antiques. The Guest House, which sleeps 8, is perfect for kids and elderly guests as it is all on one level and lots of space!
