Arhosfa

Arhosfa is situated 3 miles from the coastal, university town of Aberystwyth in a small village. It's always been a family home which has recently been fully renovated and modernised throughout. It is ideally situated close to the Ceredigion coastal path and local beaches as well as beautiful inland countryside for rural pursuits and sightseeing. The coastal towns of Aberaeron and New Quay are within a 12\15 mile radius and there is a good local bus service along the coastal route. The space The property has off road parking for 2 cars and access to a small children's playground from the back garden. The bedrooms have a king bed, double bed as well as a twin room. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. At the rear of the property is a patio area with outside table and chairs. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower over bath another downstairs with walk in shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine with rotary line and airer rack for drying. All bedding, towels and basic toiletries are provided. The property has full oil central heating throughout. Travel cot, high chair and stair gates are available on request. Interaction with guests We live in a nearby village to the property a short distance away. We will be pleased to answer any questions and give advice on the local area. If you have any queries during your stay we can be contacted by mobile or email. In the event of us being away alternative numbers will be provided. The property always has a 5 star rating for cleanliness and is deep cleaned in between guests.
