Ideally located, rent a holiday home in Noirmoutier en l'Île close to the market place and 5 minutes from the sea by bicycle. The house is located in a private residence with a parking space. You can do everything on foot! All amenities nearby bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket ... The house has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom + separate toilet, a bedroom with bunk beds and a double bedroom. A fitted and functional kitchen, a large living room, a fireplace overlooking a closed garden with integrated barbecue. There are also 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one in the master suite). This house is planned for 6 to 8 people. There are 3 bikes available (2 adults and one child). WIFI INTERNET access and Pets allowed. Household linen, sheets, towels and cleaning not included. Possibility on request (paying). 50 euros extra for linen.
