Located in the heart of the wild and romantic Danube Valley, we run the Hotel Gasthof Sonne as a family business. Centrally located in the historic city center and yet in close proximity to unspoiled nature. As a result, not only vacationers but also business people find relaxation and recreation with us. Our traditional 3-star hotel in the Donaubergland is awarded as a hiking host, with the Q-Service, as a bed & bike company, and by the magazine Motorrad Straße Deutschland. An ideal location for day trips to the Black Forest, Lake Constance, Switzerland or the Alps. In the evening we spoil you in our restaurant with original Swabian, regional, homemade specialties, or enjoy your after-work drink in summer on our beautiful, partly covered garden terrace. We have adapted to the different needs of our guests. For business people, our rooms offer free WiFi and a workspace for smaller jobs after work. Wi-Fi is also possible on the garden terrace and in the restaurant. We also have a drying room for our cyclists, hikers and motorcyclists if your clothes get a little too wet. All rooms are equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV, shower / toilet. Parking spaces and a lockable garage for bicycles and motorbikes are available free of charge. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept any pets in our hotel. Small but nice rooms in the main house, which is over 250 years old. Lovingly furnished and provided with modern comfort.
