It has a reserved parking space as well as easy parking in front of the building. The tramway at 3 minutes walking distance (Villa Costanza stop) allows you to reach the center of Florence in 20 minutes (Santa Maria Novella station) with a frequency of about 3 minutes. A shuttle bus connects the train station directly with Florence and Pisa airports (also connected by rail). For those arriving by car, the house is about 1 kilometer from the motorway junctions. From the S. Maria Novella railway station with tramway (Villa Costanza stop), with the A1 motorway and the FI-PI-LI expressway, Firenze-Scandicci exit, from Florence Airport - Peretola, link with the railway station and tramway. Along the tramway route: Scandicci center 3 minutes, shopping center 5 minutes, Florence center 20 minutes. Thanks to the direct connection to the railway station from which the bus services also depart, it is possible to easily reach the other art cities of Tuscany. For the same purposes, the proximity of motorway junctions facilitates the use of one's own car for which we have reserved parking. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with a sofa bed positioned in the large living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment and it is possible to have meals both in the kitchen itself and in the living room since both have tables and chairs. The decor is very nice and the environment is warm and comfortable. Each room has air conditioning as well as individual heating.
